Terms and Conditions
- All trainers are vetted by Universal Corporate Training and are guaranteed to be qualified to the appropriate levels.
- Any changes in class size, training conditions, or frequency of courses must by made directly with Universal Corporate Training, and not with your trainer.
- Materials supplied by Universal Corporate Training or trainer are owned by JESIE Corporate Training or the trainer, excluding course books and course work.
- The client must treat trainers with respect. The trainer has the right to withdraw from training if unprofessional or discourteous behaviour is in evidence or if the client is unfit for the lesson due to intoxication or other factors.
- Please notify Universal Corporate Training immediately if there are any problems relating to either course content and/or your trainer. We want you to enjoy your training, and the sooner you signal any dissatisfaction, the sooner we can rectify problems.
- Trainer delays due to transport problems will be rescheduled or (with the client's consent) the time will be made up at the end of the lesson. Client delays may not be made up (except by individual arrangement with the trainer).
- Clients will ensure that any premises (work or home) used for classes conform to basic Health & Safety standards.
- Location changes must be advised to Universal Corporate Training 2 working days in advance with the agreement of the trainer. Increased travel expenses due the change are billed to the client. Refunds will only be made for future lessons which have already been paid where Universal Corporate Training is unable to provide the level and quality of training described in the course proposal. Where a client is unable to continue with his or her training for any reason, a credit note will be issued to be used by the same client or organisation for future training within a period of 12 months.
- The course description on this website are a guide to our training solutions and don't necessarily reflect any adjustments made in order to update and improve these solutions.
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Places are allocated in order of receipt of registration form and payment of fees. Payment is required prior to class commencing or position cannot be guaranteed.
- Written cancellation received more than seven days prior to the commencement of the course will be subject to an administration fee of 250 RMB per person. Written advice should be directed to the Training Course Administrator (Amanda Xie).
- No refund will be given for cancellations received within seven days of commencement of the course.
- If no written cancellation is received prior to the course, & the participant does not attend on the day(s), then the participant is liable for full course fees.
- Transfer of course registration more than seven days prior to course commencement will be subject to an administration fee of 200 RMB. Written advice should be directed to the Training Course Administrator.
- Transfer of course registration within seven days prior to course commencement will be subject to an administration fee of 15% of full course fee (a medical certificate or statutory declaration is the only exception within two weeks of course commencement). Written advice should be directed to the Training Course Administrator.
- If a participant cannot attend, a substitute can attend in their place. Written notification is to be directed to the Training Course Administrator.
- Universal Corporate Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient numbers. If a course is cancelled participants will be booked onto the next available course, or you may request a full refund at no cost.
